Subscription & Licence Offer

1. The offer and acceptance

This Subscription & Licence Offer (“Offer”) is made by TRENDE LLC to users of the Trendee Service. It sets out the terms on which we provide paid access to Trendee.

You accept this Offer when you select a paid plan and complete payment, or when you otherwise activate paid access in the Service. On acceptance, this Offer and the Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and TRENDE LLC.

2. Plans, fees and taxes

Available plans, included features, token allocations, billing period, price and any applicable promotion are shown in the Service interface at the time of checkout. The checkout information is part of this Offer.

Fees are payable in the currency and by the payment method shown at checkout. Taxes, duties or charges that apply to your purchase are handled as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information.

We may change plans, prices or included limits for future billing periods. We will display the applicable terms before a new charge is taken where required by applicable law.

3. Access, billing and renewal

Paid access starts after successful payment confirmation. Your plan remains active for the stated billing period, subject to these terms and any limits shown in the Service.

If the plan is set to renew automatically, it will renew for successive billing periods unless you cancel before the renewal date through the Service or the payment method made available to you. If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend paid access until payment is received.

Free or trial access may be offered at our discretion. We may change, limit or end a free or trial offer at any time, subject to applicable law.

4. Tokens and usage limits

Some features use tokens or another usage metric. The number of tokens, the actions that consume them, expiry rules and rollover conditions are displayed in your plan or account interface.

Tokens are a measure of service usage, not currency, property or a stored-value account. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Unless the Service expressly states otherwise, unused tokens expire at the end of the applicable subscription period or when a subscription ends.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a future renewal at any time using the tools provided in the Service. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.

Because the Service provides digital access and usage may begin immediately after purchase, payments for an active or partly used billing period are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered by TRENDE LLC. To request a refund required by law, contact us with your account email, payment date and transaction reference.

6. Licence scope

For the paid period, and subject to full payment and compliance with the Terms of Service, TRENDE LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the paid features of Trendee for your internal business or personal content-work purposes.

The licence ends when your paid access ends. Your rights to use outputs created during a valid subscription remain subject to the Terms of Service, applicable law and third-party rights.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is a digital, cloud-based product. We may carry out maintenance or make technical changes and will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption. The Service and AI-generated outputs are supplied on an “as available” basis, with the limitations and disclaimers in the Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRENDE LLC’s aggregate liability arising from a paid plan will not exceed the fees you paid to TRENDE LLC for that plan during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law and contacts

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
